פאליקו הוא משחק חשיבה ולמידה לילדים. אנחנו מתייחסים ברצינות רבה לפרטיות המשתמשים שלנו, ובמיוחד לפרטיות ילדים. מסמך זה מסביר בפשטות ובכנות אילו נתונים האפליקציה משתמשת בהם, מה נשמר רק במכשיר שלכם, ומה כן מגיע לשרת שלנו - ולמה.

מה נשמר רק במכשיר שלכם (ואף פעם לא מגיע לשרת)

• ההתקדמות במשחק (כוכבים, רמות, הישגים, ציורים, הגדרות) נשמרת אך ורק בזיכרון הדפדפן המקומי (localStorage) של המכשיר.
• לא נאספים שם מלא, כתובת, מיקום, תמונות, אנשי קשר, או כל מזהה אישי אחר.
• האפליקציה אינה ניגשת למצלמה, למיקרופון, למיקום GPS או לאנשי הקשר של המכשיר.

מה כן נשלח לשרת שלנו, ולמה

בניגוד לגרסה קודמת של מסמך זה, חשוב לנו לתאר במדויק את מה שקורה בפועל. חלק קטן מהמידע כן מגיע לשרת שלנו (Netlify), כדי לאפשר תכונות מסוימות לפעול:

• מזהה מכשיר אקראי - נוצר אוטומטית במכשיר שלכם (מחרוזת אקראית, לא קשורה לשם, אימייל או זהות אמיתית) ומשמש לזיהוי "ההתקנה הזו" מול השרת - למשל כדי לאמת שהמכשיר רכש מנוי פרימיום.
• סטטוס מנוי פרימיום - כאשר רוכשים מנוי דרך Stripe, השרת שלנו שומר שיוך בין מזהה המכשיר לבין מזהה לקוח/מנוי של Stripe (לא פרטי אשראי - אלה נשארים אצל Stripe בלבד), כדי לדעת אם המכשיר הזה זכאי לתוכן פרימיום.
• התראת "כניסה למשחק" להורה המפתח - בכל פעם שהמשחק נפתח, נשלחת הודעת WhatsApp פנימית למפתח האפליקציה (נוי פאליק) הכוללת את שם/כינוי הפרופיל שנבחר, קבוצת הגיל, ומזהה המכשיר - כדי שלמפתח תהיה תמונה כללית על השימוש באפליקציה. הודעה זו נשלחת רק למפתח עצמו (דרך שירות Twilio), אינה משותפת עם צד שלישי כלשהו, ואינה משמשת לפרסום או מכירה. המלצה: אם אתם מעדיפים פרטיות מרבית, בחרו כינוי או אימוג'י כשם הפרופיל במקום השם האמיתי של הילד/ה - האפליקציה לא דורשת שם אמיתי בשום שלב.
• מנוי להתראות (Push) - רק אם בחרתם להפעיל "התראות מערכת" בהגדרות, פרטי המנוי הטכני (endpoint והצפנה, כפי שכל דפדפן מספק) נשמרים בשרת כדי שנוכל לשלוח לכם תזכורות אמיתיות. בלי הפעלה מפורשת, שום דבר לא נשלח.

פרסומות ומעקב

פאליקו אינו מציג פרסומות, ואינו משתמש בכלי אנליטיקס של צד שלישי, פיקסלים שיווקיים, או מעקב פרסומי מכל סוג. המידע שכן נשלח (ראו לעיל) משמש אך ורק להפעלת האפליקציה עצמה.

רכישות ותשלומים (מנוי פרימיום)

שדרוג לפרימיום מתבצע דרך Stripe, ספק סליקה חיצוני ומאובטח. פרטי אשראי ותשלום מוזנים ומעובדים ישירות אצל Stripe בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם (stripe.com/privacy) - אנחנו לעולם לא רואים, אוספים או שומרים פרטי כרטיס אשראי.

העברת נתונים בין מכשירים

האפליקציה מאפשרת ייצוא ידני של קובץ גיבוי (שנשמר במכשיר שלכם) לצורך העברה למכשיר אחר, ביוזמתכם בלבד (למשל שליחה עצמית בוואטסאפ או במייל). קובץ זה אינו מועלה לשום שרת שלנו.

פרטיות ילדים

פאליקו מיועד לילדים ומשפחות, ותוכנן כך שידרוש כמה שפחות מידע. אנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין שם מלא, כתובת, פרטי זהות ממשלתיים, תמונות או מיקום מדויק של ילדים. שם הפרופיל הוא כינוי לבחירת ההורה/ילד, ואין חובה שיהיה שם אמיתי.

מחיקת מידע

מחיקת פרופיל בהגדרות האפליקציה מוחקת את הנתונים המקומיים במכשיר. כדי לבקש מחיקה גם של הרשומות בצד השרת (מזהה מכשיר, סטטוס מנוי, מנוי התראות אם קיים), אפשר לפנות אלינו במייל למטה ונמחק אותן בהקדם.

שינויים במדיניות

אם מדיניות זו תשתנה, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה למדיניות המעודכנת.

🧠 Privacy Policy - Paliko

Paliko is a brain-training and learning game for children. We take our users' privacy - especially children's privacy - very seriously. This document explains, plainly and honestly, what data the app uses, what stays on your device only, and what does reach our server - and why.

What stays on your device only (and never reaches our server)

• Game progress (stars, levels, achievements, drawings, settings) is saved only in the browser's local storage on your device.
• We do not collect full names, addresses, location, photos, contacts, or any other personal identifiers.
• The app does not access the device's camera, microphone, GPS location, or contacts.

What is sent to our server, and why

Unlike an earlier version of this document, we want to describe exactly what happens in practice. A small amount of data does reach our server (hosted on Netlify), to enable certain features:

• A random device identifier - generated automatically on your device (a random string, not linked to a name, email, or real identity), used to recognize "this install" when talking to our server - for example, to confirm a device has an active premium subscription.
• Premium subscription status - when you subscribe via Stripe, our server stores a link between your device id and your Stripe customer/subscription id (never your card details, which stay with Stripe only), so we can tell whether this device is entitled to premium content.
• An "app opened" notification to the developer - every time the game is opened, an internal WhatsApp message is sent to the app's developer (Noy Palik) including the chosen profile nickname, age group, and device id, so the developer has a general sense of usage. This message goes only to the developer (via the Twilio service), is never shared with any third party, and is never used for advertising or sold. Recommendation: if you prefer maximum privacy, choose a nickname or emoji as the profile name instead of your child's real name - the app never requires a real name.
• Push notification subscription - only if you turn on "system notifications" in Settings, your browser's push subscription details (endpoint and encryption keys, standard for any web push) are stored on our server so we can send you real reminders. Nothing is sent unless you explicitly enable this.

Ads and tracking

Paliko does not show ads, and does not use third-party analytics, marketing pixels, or advertising trackers of any kind. The data described above is used solely to operate the app's own features.

Purchases and payments (Premium subscription)

Upgrading to Premium is handled through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Payment and card details are entered and processed directly by Stripe under their own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy) - we never see, collect, or store your card details.

Transferring data between devices

The app offers a manual, user-initiated backup export/import file to move progress to another device (for example, by sending it to yourself via WhatsApp or email). This file is never uploaded to any server of ours.

Children's privacy

Paliko is designed for children and families, and built to require as little data as possible. We do not knowingly collect full names, addresses, government ID details, photos, or precise location from children. The profile name is a nickname chosen by the parent/child, and a real name is never required.

Deleting your data

Deleting a profile in the app's Settings removes the data stored locally on your device. To also request deletion of the server-side records (device id, subscription status, push subscription if any), please email us below and we'll remove them promptly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
