פאליקו הוא משחק חשיבה ולמידה לילדים. אנחנו מתייחסים ברצינות רבה לפרטיות המשתמשים שלנו, ובמיוחד לפרטיות ילדים. מסמך זה מסביר בפשטות אילו נתונים האפליקציה משתמשת בהם וכיצד.

איזה מידע נאסף?

שום מידע אישי לא נשלח לשום שרת. פאליקו הוא אפליקציית "כל הנתונים במכשיר" (client-side בלבד):

• ההתקדמות במשחק (כוכבים, רמות, הישגים, הגדרות) נשמרת אך ורק במכשיר שלכם, בזיכרון הדפדפן המקומי (localStorage). אנחנו לא רואים, לא אוספים ולא מאחסנים את הנתונים האלה בשום שרת חיצוני.
• לא נאספים שם מלא, כתובת, מיקום, תמונות, אנשי קשר, או כל מזהה אישי אחר.
• שם הפרופיל שנבחר במשחק (למשל "דני" או "🦊") נשאר אך ורק במכשיר ואינו מועבר לשום מקום.
• האפליקציה אינה ניגשת למצלמה, למיקרופון, למיקום GPS או לאנשי הקשר של המכשיר.

פרסומות ומעקב

פאליקו אינו מציג פרסומות, ואינו משתמש בכלי מעקב, אנליטיקס של צד שלישי, או פיקסלים שיווקיים.

רכישות ותשלומים (מנוי פרימיום)

שדרוג לפרימיום מתבצע דרך Stripe, ספק סליקה חיצוני ומאובטח. פרטי אשראי ותשלום מוזנים ומעובדים ישירות אצל Stripe בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות והאבטחה שלהם (stripe.com/privacy) - האפליקציה עצמה אינה רואה, אוספת או שומרת פרטי כרטיס אשראי בשום שלב.

העברת נתונים בין מכשירים

האפליקציה מאפשרת ייצוא ידני של קובץ גיבוי (שנשמר במכשיר שלכם) לצורך העברה למכשיר אחר, ביוזמתכם בלבד (למשל שליחה עצמית בוואטסאפ או במייל). קובץ זה אינו מועלה לשום שרת שלנו.

פרטיות ילדים

פאליקו מיועד לילדים ומשפחות, ותוכנן מלכתחילה כך שלא ידרוש ולא יאסוף מידע אישי מזהה מילדים. אנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מילדים מעבר למה שמתואר לעיל (שנשמר אך ורק מקומית במכשיר).

מחיקת מידע

ניתן למחוק את כל הנתונים בכל עת דרך מסך "הגדרות" באפליקציה (מחיקת פרופיל), או פשוט על ידי הסרת ההתקנה של האפליקציה / ניקוי נתוני האתר בדפדפן.

שינויים במדיניות

אם מדיניות זו תשתנה, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה למדיניות המעודכנת.

Paliko is a brain-training and learning game for children. We take our users' privacy - especially children's privacy - very seriously. This document explains, in plain terms, what data the app uses and how.

What information is collected?

No personal information is ever sent to any server. Paliko stores everything on-device only:

• Game progress (stars, levels, achievements, settings) is saved only on your device, in the browser's local storage. We never see, collect, or store this data on any external server.
• We do not collect full names, addresses, location, photos, contacts, or any other personal identifiers.
• The profile name/nickname you choose in the app (e.g. "Danny" or "🦊") stays on your device only and is never transmitted anywhere.
• The app does not access the device's camera, microphone, GPS location, or contacts.

Ads and tracking

Paliko does not show ads, and does not use third-party analytics, tracking tools, or marketing pixels.

Purchases and payments (Premium subscription)

Upgrading to Premium is handled through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Payment and card details are entered and processed directly by Stripe under their own privacy and security policy (stripe.com/privacy) - the app itself never sees, collects, or stores your card details at any point.

Transferring data between devices

The app offers a manual, user-initiated backup export/import file to move progress to another device (for example, by sending it to yourself via WhatsApp or email). This file is never uploaded to any server of ours.

Children's privacy

Paliko is designed for children and families, and was built from the ground up to avoid requiring or collecting personally identifiable information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described above (which is stored locally on-device only).

Deleting your data

You can delete all data at any time from the in-app Settings screen (delete profile), or simply by uninstalling the app / clearing the site's browser data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
