מי מפעיל את פאליקו

פאליקו מופעל על ידי נוי פאליק, הפועל כעצמאי (לא כחברה רשומה). כל פנייה בנוגע לשירות ניתן לשלוח לאימייל בתחתית עמוד זה.

מהו השירות

פאליקו הוא משחק חשיבה ולמידה לילדים (גילאי 4-12), הפועל כאתר אינטרנט/PWA בדפדפן. השימוש באפליקציה מיועד לילדים בליווי ובאישור הורה או אפוטרופוס, ובפרט כל רכישה בתוך האפליקציה מיועדת לביצוע על ידי מבוגר אחראי בלבד - לכן קיים "שער הורים" (תרגיל חשבון פשוט) לפני כל מסך רכישה.

שימוש הוגן

• אין להשתמש באפליקציה למטרה בלתי חוקית, להעלות או לשתף תוכן פוגעני, או לנסות לפרוץ, להנדס לאחור, או לשבש את פעולת השירות.
• תוכן שנוצר על ידכם בתוך האפליקציה (למשל ציורים ב"פינת יצירה") נשמר מקומית במכשירכם בלבד, באחריותכם - אנחנו לא רואים ולא מאחסנים אותו בשרת.

מנוי פרימיום ותשלומים

• המנוי הוא מנוי חודשי מתחדש אוטומטית, המחויב ומעובד דרך Stripe. פרטי כרטיס אשראי מוזנים ומאובטחים ישירות אצל Stripe - האפליקציה עצמה אינה רואה או שומרת אותם.
• ניתן לבטל את המנוי בכל עת - דרך מסך "ניהול/ביטול מנוי" באפליקציה או ישירות מול Stripe. ביטול עוצר את החיוב הבא ואת ההתחדשות האוטומטית, אך אינו כרוך בהחזר כספי על תקופה ששולמה כבר, אלא אם נדרש אחרת על פי חוק החל.
• קודי הפעלה (כגון קוד VIP או קוד הפניה מחבר) ניתנים כפי שהם, לשימוש חד-פעמי או כפי שמצוין בתוך האפליקציה, ואינם ניתנים להמרה למזומן.
• אנו רשאים לשנות את מחיר המנוי מעת לעת; שינוי מחיר לא יחול על תקופה ששולמה כבר מראש.

קניין רוחני

כל התוכן, העיצוב, הקוד, הדמויות (כולל "רובי") והטקסטים באפליקציה שייכים למפעיל האפליקציה, אלא אם צוין אחרת. אין להעתיק, להפיץ מחדש, או למכור אותם ללא רשות בכתב.

ללא אחריות

השירות ניתן כפי שהוא ("AS IS"), ללא אחריות לזמינות רציפה, לפעולה ללא תקלות, או להתאמה למטרה מסוימת. אנו עושים מאמץ סביר לתחזק ולשפר את השירות, אך איננו מתחייבים לזמינות מלאה בכל עת.

הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת על פי חוק, אחריותנו כלפיכם בקשר לשימוש באפליקציה מוגבלת לסכום ששולם בפועל על ידכם (אם בכלל) בששת החודשים שקדמו לתביעה.

שינויים בתנאים

אנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד בעת כל שינוי. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

דין וסמכות שיפוט

תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

Who runs Paliko

Paliko is operated by Noy Palik, acting as an individual (not a registered company). Any question about the service can be sent to the email at the bottom of this page.

What the service is

Paliko is a brain-training and learning game for children (ages 4-12), running as a website/PWA in the browser. The app is intended for children's use under a parent or guardian's supervision and approval; in particular, any in-app purchase is meant to be made by a responsible adult only - which is why a "parent gate" (a simple math check) appears before every purchase screen.

Fair use

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose, upload or share abusive content, or attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Content you create inside the app (e.g. drawings in the Draw Corner) is saved locally on your device only, at your own responsibility - we never see or store it on any server.

Premium subscription and payments

• The subscription is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription, billed and processed through Stripe. Card details are entered and secured directly by Stripe - the app itself never sees or stores them.
• You can cancel anytime - via the "Manage/cancel subscription" screen in the app, or directly with Stripe. Cancelling stops the next charge and future auto-renewal, but does not entitle you to a refund for any period already paid for, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
• Activation codes (such as a VIP code or a friend's referral code) are provided as-is, for one-time or as otherwise stated in-app use, and are not redeemable for cash.
• We may change the subscription price from time to time; a price change will not apply to any period already paid for in advance.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, characters (including "Robi"), and text in the app belong to the app's operator, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell them without written permission.

No warranty

The service is provided "AS IS", without warranty of continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make reasonable efforts to maintain and improve the service, but do not guarantee full availability at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with your use of the app is limited to the amount you actually paid (if any) in the six months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever we do. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
